Ven sighed again, shaking his head - he couldn't do anything about Cam, much as he wanted to. The robot had proven repeatedly that it wouldn't leave him alone if it was feeling lonely or if it thought Ven was feeling lonely, and they'd come to one of those times. If he hadn't promised not to leave, he would've been dragging Cam out of there bodily, but he did promise. So Ven just stood there, at first not processing the words because oh gods people are listening, but eventually he can't help but hear what they're saying, and his face starts to fall just a bit. It's so much what he wants, and yet he can't think of them as having that sort of thing anymore.
