Lexaeus continued towards the docks. There was some movement, even at this time of night, but people seemed disinclined to take notice of them. Or at the least, the few people who did glance their way didn't seem interested in inquiring further about their activities. He headed down towards the ships, bobbing on the water. It smelled like an open air market here; he supposed that that only made sense, as the goods that went to the market came through this place. Lexaeus stopped near a large ship; likely there was someone awake on board, so he kept his distance.
