"The ships?" Lexaeus wasn't very familiar with them; shipbuilding had never quite become an interest of his. He preferred architecture, so one of his pleasures at being able to travel to other worlds was to see the way in which people constructed buildings on other worlds. At least Ienzo seemed to be focused more on their surroundings than he was on the uncomfortable position of being strangers in this land. It did belatedly occur to Lexaeus that he might be obliged to feel guilty about encouraging Ienzo in an act of burglary, but at this point, it couldn't be helped.
