If certain things about Lea stayed the same in his future, then Roxas was reasonably certain this ghost story was going to suck. Logically, one didn't start out good at something and get bad at it and Axel's ghost stories ended up being funny rather than scary. It wasn't for lack of effort on Axel's part, though.

Still, he stayed quiet and let Sora do the egging on. He had planned to tease Lea more about the clothes, initially, but bad ghost stories were a fun prospect. Lea was just too easy to tease.
