There was a moment of silence from Ienzo at the question. There was certainly no denying that figuring out the exact reasons they were there would help in the long run. Not if it meant being more likely to be able to return to the things that still required their attention. It was simply a matter of how likely they were to actually find anything of use. But if they didn't at least try, they would hardly find anything of use and that was quite likely the greater crime.
