What was there to even share? His feelings? Surely no one wanted to hear those, when he often wasn't sure of them himself. Not to mention the whole thing about him being in charge of the Garden now, and he was pretty sure that most people weren't going to be all that interested in hearing the thoughts of their Commander. Not on a regular basis, anyway.
