To be quite honest, Aqua hadn't meant it as a command. A strongly worded suggestion, perhaps but certainly not a command. But either way, Aqua couldn't really speak to what Terra thought of her words. She probably wouldn't have wanted to even if she could, and while it was tempted to simply lay out the fact that by her standards Minako was doing horrible things (if only to Aqua's feelings) she quickly stifled the urge. Terra didn't need that as well.
"It's just... you don't really know her," Aqua answered, ignoring the pit of vipers that was the unspoken implications of how she'd managed to overhear that part of the conversation. There was a brief moment of silence and then she continued on, ignoring everything that was trying to tell her that this was both a terrible time to bring things up, as well as absolutely the worst mood for it. But she had made a promise to Rarity. She had to at least try. "And... there's already someone else here who wants to date you."
