Is this the mighty power you call on?
Characters: "Sailor Venus", aka Galactica!Sailor Venus, and OPEN.
Content: Minako's doppelganger is herself from the rather recent past, during a moment she'd rather forget happened. Unfortunately, "Sailor Venus" isn't exactly going away anytime soon. And armed with Minako's memories of the Satellite, she's going to have some fun with her light selves' new friends now that she's out and aboutin the name of Galaxia of course...
Location: Everywhere
Time of day: All throughout the week.
Warnings: While Venus cannot access her powers, violence is going to be inevitable with her.
The advent of evil selves had brought on a flurry of shock, fights and many many Cambot postings about the creatures. It was quite clear that, in a sense, she wasn't alone. Others like her roamed around, causing chaos and confusion.
But, in another sense, she was alone. She was unlike all the others. She sprung fully formed, born from blood and violence once before. Existence was nothing new for her. Nor was her loathing for everyone who was not like her. She sensed only one person like her, her so-called good self, a sailor crystal whose power was muted.
Everyone else was trash. All piled together, all huddled and hoping their lives meant something. In the end, they didn't. Her first rebirth under Galaxia had taught her that. Even her other self, in a way, was now part of that trash. Venus could justify it. Minako had a choice to become something greater, to create a glorious new history, just as Galaxia had tried. Instead she rejected that chance. She, too, was expendable, like all these other mortal bags of slowly-rotting flesh.
She wouldn't destroy them just yet, though. She could, but she wouldn't. She was Venus, after all. The unattainable goddess who played with the hearts of men and women, destroying those who got to close in the end. The fun-loving one. And playing with these people? Promised so much fun...

She only left the weapons deck for the sake of others; it sounded like Pinkie had made it out of the pantry at least, but her aching hoof had Liz concerned. Pinkie Sense or no Pinkie Sense, there was no reason the poor filly had to put up with it alone, especially if, by the looks of things, this was going to be happening a while.
So with a sword strapped to her back and senses on high alert, she ventured up to the kitchen, rummaging through the drawers for an ice pack.

It looked like Minako in the shadows. But Venus was well aware that Liz would likely pick up that this wasn't her friend. Nor was she here to help.
no subject
There was a second or two where she would have scolded Minako for startling her, but just as soon as she opened her mouth, she closed it again, setting her jaw. She recognized those grey, blank eyes as those of the shadows. And that dead silence was a big giveaway too. She didn't immediately go for her weapon, but her muscles tensed as her eyes narrowed, watching the shade's actions.
no subject
Oh, Liz. Whatever...could be wrong~? Aren't you glad...to see your friend?
no subject
"What the hell are you?"
no subject
Isn't it obvious?
no subject
What do you want?"
no subject
With that, the shade suddenly disappears, leaping into the shadows. Seconds later, she is right behind Liz, throwing a roundhouse kick at Liz's back.
no subject
Crap, caught totally off-guard on that one. Liz stumbles forward, catching herself on the counter, before she yanks her sword out of its sheath and whips around, swinging it.
no subject
Cute. But... Casually she throws the sword from her with considerable force. Against a sailor soldier, Liz...unimpressive at best!
no subject
"How's a perverted sailor soldier like you any worse off than a universal tyrant?"
no subject
At this, she brings her wrist up, the bracelet glistening eerily even in the shadows.
Even like this, you are no match for me. Her other hand comes up, casually flipping a butcher knife she snatched from behind her. It is almost like fighting a child.

Perhaps she was even laughing at her foe, her pitiful little mortal foe, armed with nothing but a sword...

She saw the sidestep, anticipated it almost. Liz was so slow. Her moves were almost backwards. She let it hit. A line of green appeared. But it was a trick; for Venus it was barely a scratch.
Meanwhile, using the momentum of her arms swinging backwards from her charging at Liz, she jumped backwards into Liz just as Liz's swing had finished, thrusting the hand with the bitcher knife upwards towards Liz's very close - and very un-protected - flesh.

I think I will hang this up on my wall. At this, she looked at Liz, and took a kick towards the wrist which held Liz's sword. Then again, its from such a pathetic opponent...

And she proceeds to dive at the shade with a punch.
no subject
And then, just like that, she was gone. Back into the shadows, before the punch could hit.
Don't worry! I'll kill you later, with the others. Until then~!
no subject
Which meant she was still running amok. Shit.
She made her way toward the sink, grabbing a towel to deal with the wound in her shoulder. Whatever the hell was going on here, they'd better deal with this quick.
no subject
So there was no better comment to her 'fellow' shadow, then a disdainful sneer, as she passed by.

If there was one type of person that Venus didn't mind so much, it was the other shades. They were darkness. They were currently exempt from being targeted. They could be useful, after all.
She gave her own little smirk as Aqua walked by.

His meanderings eventually took him around to the nature deck and it was here that he paused a while, poking around and halfway tempted to locate that rock that seen in Rarity's post the day after they Christmas party... although, the only reason to even try that would be for some sort of ill thought out prank and he wasn't about to get himself kneecapped for the sake of a laugh.
no subject
Oh, she knew this one. She wanted to have so much enjoyment with him. Let him know just what kind of girl had a crush on him.
As such, with a simple flick, a rock sails across the deck from the shadows, aimed right for the back of Roxas' head.

He approaches the spot cautiously. He's fully expecting to find one of the doppelgangers. Whether it's his or someone else's is the only question.
no subject
She's familiar. That is the best that could perhaps be thought. It could even be on the tip of a tongue, the name of the person who looks so much like this dark figure. But the connection to who she might look like might not be so easy. It never was, when she was transformed.
After a moment, she moves her lips. He can't hear her; it doesn't matter. It's clear what she's saying from the movement of her lips.
Roxas...Roxas~

"Chucking rocks from the shadows... Real mature."
He wasn't carrying the sword he picked up the other day just for the hell of it. Yay for having found a sheath as well. He drew the sword, but held off on actually attacking. Making the first move against his own doppelganger had gotten him sliced pretty good and he had no idea yet what this doppelganger could do.
no subject
How...cute. What do you intend to do with such a silly thing?
no subject
Who's doppelganger was he dealing with anyway? The gray tones made it a little harder to tell, but it clicked eventually.
'Oh fun.' He would have preferred to run into a doppelganger whose abilities he could guess just by who they were a copy of, like Sora's or Riku's doppelganger. All he knew about Minako was that she could be a bit ditzy. That said nothing of possible fighting ability. He wasn't concerned with magic since no one on the satellite had access to their magic.
"You know, just for reference, I'm not so good at reading lips." He's also not so good at being patient with hostile entities. Realizing the doppelganger wasn't going to make the first move, Roxas did, charging in quickly with a horizontal slash aimed at the doppelganger's middle. He didn't expect to connect on the first attack and was prepared to dodge her retaliation... depending on what that retaliation was.
no subject
She was out of the way of Roxas' attack in almost no time, bringing to him a ground sweep towards his legs.
no subject
"Tch." This time he was going to stick to his earlier decision of waiting to see what his opponent was going to do.
no subject
What's the matter, Roxas? Afraid of little old me~?
no subject
He wasn't sure how or why, but he did pick up what she said this time and it amused him slightly, "Afraid? Hmm... maybe this place didn't rob everyone of their powers, I would be." Okay, maybe 'afraid' was the only word he made out, but his point stood.
Meanwhile in the shadows, watching this exchange with mild interest, was another shade. And it was debating whether it wanted to jump in on this fight or go find Minako...

But he really didn't want to rise to the bait. Yes, he did find out Minako had a crush on him. He wasn't sure yet what to do about it, since anyone having a crush on him was a new thing for him, but he was reasonably certain that the only reason the doppelganger was bringing it up was to cause trouble.
"What has that got to do with anything beside you trying to mess with my head?"
Meanwhile, the watcher in the shadows decided he might find better entertainment elsewhere and headed off. Maybe the ditz with the crush, if he could find her?
