Pinkie Pie Shows Midna A Good Time [open]

Midna was ready enough to get a tour of her new, very temporary home from Pinkie Pie. She stretched and sighed. It looked like everyone managed to stay busy - or distracted - here, so she'd better learn her way around, and Pinkie Pie seemed to be the sanest and friendliest person around, other than Luna.

"So what is this floor for?" she asked.

"This is where the bedrooms are!" Pinkie chirped, bouncing along ahead of Midna. "You can pick whichever one you want! Unless someone's living there, of course! Some of them are bigger than others, but they all look pretty much the same." She paused and opened a nearby door, to a room that was thankfully vacant. "See? There's a picture of a KITTY!"

"Or," she continued, "if you don't wanna live here, there's lot of rooms on Deck 3 too! That's where I live, because it's closer to Deck 4 and that's where the kitchen is! And I mean, who doesn't wanna live right near a kitchen? Back home I lived right above the best bakery EVER! This isn't as good as that, but it's still pretty great. Oh, and the bathroom's down there." She gestured down the hall with one hoof. "There's only one on both decks. Yooooooou might not wanna take long showers."

Midna peered into the room before turning back to Pinkie Pie. "Do all the rooms look like that one? It looks like they were designed to make you want to blow them up and start over."

"Awww, they're not THAT bad!" Pinkie giggled, bouncing into the room and looking around. "But yep! Bed, table, kitty poster, all there! It's probably like a hotel or something - they don't wanna decorate EVERY room different. Don't worry, though, you can do whatever you want to yours! There's lots of stuff lying around for decorating!"

"I'm glad to hear that," Midna said. "Since it seems like it's important to you, do you want to show me the kitchen?" It seems like the nice thing to do. And hopefully the kitchen is minus saccharine kitten posters.

"Okie-dokie-lokie! This way!"

Pinkie zoomed out of the room and led Midna down to Deck 4, occasionally pausing to point out the rooms of people she knew. She didn't take too long, though; the cafeteria was totally the best part!

"Here we areeeee~" She bounced up onto one of the nearby tables in her excitement. "This is where everybody eats, and back here's where the kitchens are!" She jumped down again and led the way into the kitchen area. It was pretty clear who'd been in there recently; there were a few used measuring cups and mixing bowls lying around, and a couple pans of pink-frosted cupcakes still sitting on top of the oven just as she'd promised. "There's lots of ovens and refrigerators and stuff for anyone to use - you should make sure Riku's not in the fridge first though! AND, if you don't wanna cook, you can just use this!" She moved over to the food synthesizer, placing both hooves up on it. "A chocolate chip cookie, please!"

The machine whirred, and a second later a cookie materialized. Pinkie popped it in her mouth. "See? Magic!"

Midna watched as Pinkie Pie bounced around. She might have to revise the opinion of "sane," but nice seemed to be right. She eyed the device that Pinkie Pie had used.

"I..." There were a lot of questions to be asked. A ton. Midna frowned. "Who is Riku and why would they be in the fridge?"

Pinkie paused. "Oh, he's this really tall human guy with pretty silver-y hair! He was the very first person I ever met here! He said he doesn't normally go in the fridge, but I think he just thinks it's cool in there!" She giggled a little at her own pun and shrugged. "I haven't seen him in there since, but you never know. Heeeee's a sneaky one!"

"So!" She tapped the machine with her back hoof and neatly caught another cookie in her mouth. "Any offer queftionfs?"

"Not right now," Midna said. "I think I'll look around the decks myself and see what's there. Thank you for taking me around, Pinkie Pie."
