Characters: Isa, Ienzo
Content: LINEFACE PARTY
Location: An elevator
Time of Day: Night
Warnings: Linefaces

This week was starting to get taxing, more so than most weeks he spent on the satellite. How was the stuff going on here supposed to be funny

Isa didn't dwell on it, though, he knew it would be done and over with in a few days, and then they would have to deal with something new, and hopefully something less, well, whatever this week is.

Isa stepped onto the elevator when it the door opened.

Generally speaking, Ienzo tended to take the stairs. But even that quickly got inconvenient, when you were smaller than very nearly everyone else. So when there really wasn't any better alternative - and he was certain Aeleus wouldn't complain at him too much for using the elevators - he did in fact fall back to them. Besides, he certainly wasn't about to carry a sizable stack of books up any stairs if he couldn't help it.

He was, however, more than a little bit surprised to find someone else getting onto the elevator as well. More often than not he managed to find himself all alone, which he had to admit suited him just fine. On the other hand, at least from what little he knew, Isa wasn't going to end up being terribly talkative. Perhaps he'd still be able to get through the ride relatively unbothered.

From what could be told of the books from a single glance, they seemed to at least all be on the same topic. Perhaps not anything that someone would really expect someone Ienzo's age to be interested, but they were at least similar enough to offer some explanation as to why he had so many of them, as opposed only one or two.

He didn't offer any explanation, either. Instead, he simply offered up a slight blink and than a mildly inquisitive look, as if to ask if Isa had a problem with what he was carrying.

There was a moment of silence as Ienzo met Isa's gaze, without so much as speaking up. He could understand how he might be something of an odd site but that didn't mean that he was going to be the first to speak up. He hadn't really ever been, and once Isa averted his gaze he nodded to himself. There wasn't really any need to talk about things, when the ride wasn't going to be that long.]

Ienzo blinked as the elevator ground to a halt. He knew what the sound was, but that didn't make it any more convenient. He'd rather been hoping to get to the books sooner rather than later and he isn't really sure about the idea of being stuck in an elevator with anyone.

After a moment of silence, he offered a sigh. Of all the things that could have gone wrong...
