Spike had found himself wandering up to the Recreation Deck, and when he arrived, it quickly became clear that he wasn't the only one. Sheesh, it seemed like he'd finally gotten used to humans, and now everyone was these weird Pokémon things? At least it meant a lot more variety.

Around him were his fellow residents, jumping about and testing their new abilities... It kind of got Spike's heart racing. It was almost like this new body came with new instincts, leaving the ordinarily peaceful little dragon wanting to do some battling of his own. Well, first he should figure out what he could do, right?

And so... Whoosh! A massive jet of green fire arced up into the air, marking Spike's location to any who wished to seek him out. His eyes widened in amazement -- that was a lot more fire than he could usually breathe in one go! This week's event might not be half bad.
