Crow was pretty excited here...he finally got to fly around the SOL on his own, like a real crow! And now that he and everyone else had turned into weird battle monsters, or 'Pokemon' as Harvey had said, there was sure to be a whole bunch of fun fights that he could watch! ...And perhaps, participate in, if he was feeling up to it. He could definitely kick Servo’s butt in these kinds of battles, anyway.

So, he had staked himself out in the rafters near the top of the recreation deck, holding a small prop microphone in his claws. If there was one thing he excelled at, it was hilarious commentary!

“Allllllrighty, let’s see who’s gonna come out on top on this week’s colorful battle monster tournament of PAIN!”

Now that Sora had found out exactly what he was and what these sorts of creatures were supposed to do, he was eager to show off his own special abilities. He couldn't resist any kind of competition, even if he hadn't had much chance to practice.

He trotted around the Recreation Deck with an excited grin, ready for anyone who wanted to try and spar with him. At least here they had plenty of room to fight!

Isa was sulking off in one of the corners of the deck, this week hadn't done any favors. While everyone else had ended up with powerful and flashy abilities, he seemingly had nothing. And did they have to make him a painfully cute teddy bear? This was just embarrassing.

In Sora's searching around the deck, he eventually came upon a familiar small bear. He trotted up to Isa.

"Hey, Isa! What's with that look?"

Although that kind of sulk was not untypical for Isa, Sora was still curious as to why he was looking sour now.

Lea was a different sort of being now. A dark blue and yellow weasel like one, with fire coming out of his head and bottom which would flicker ever so often. He wobbled in with curiosity, and sat on his hind legs, taking a look around the recreation deck. There Lea spotted a familiar fuzzy creature with Sora’s necklace. Yup, that’s gotta be his bud Sora, giving a smirk Lea made his way over to him.

“Hey there Sora, someone sure looks a lot more fluffy than the last time I remember,” Lea snerked, couldn’t help but tease, not that he was one to talk, “Check out my flames man! Kinda cool huh?”

"Just a little bit!" Sora countered. He would argue that it wasn't any different from when he was a lion, but...truth be told, it was fluffier than a lion.

A fire-type creature definitely made sense for Lea...although just because he had that ability didn't mean he knew how to use it to his advantage yet! "Yeah, that looks pretty cool. And it doesn't hurt or anything?"

"Hiya!" The voice was probably familiar, and the purple and green Charmeleon surely was moreso. Spike trotted over cheerfully, waving a clawed hand. "Sora, right? Sure look like you've got energy to burn!" He did too, mind you. Seeing the duels going on had begun to awaken his normally quiet competitive side.

While Sora hadn't talked with him much, he did recognize Spike as one of Pinkie, Rarity and Twilight's friends...since he was still a purple dragon, he didn't look that much different.

"Yeah, that's right!" Sora replied to both the question and the statement, grinning. "And you look like you've got a tail to burn, too!" Perhaps not that great of a joke, but Sora was still amused.

Xion hadn't gotten to spar with Sora much yet, even though she'd been looking forward to a chance to try. Of course, that had been with Keyblades in mind.

At least, if he was an Eevee and she looked like one, they were on the same level as far as strength and abilities went. "Want to try these abilities while we have them?"

Sora was also eager to do a little sparring with the wooden Keyblades that Terra had made for them. However, it was just a little strange seeing Xion look not just like an Eevee, but almost exactly like he did. But, with how she usually looked...perhaps this kind of change made sense.

"Sure!" Sora got himself into a fighting stance. "I wanna see if you have the same abilities I do..."

It had taken Squall a little bit to get to his new form, but once he'd gotten used to it he'd wasted no time heading out to see what he could make of the new form.

And if that meant fighting with people, well. That was what the Recreation deck was for, right?

Kaldur was still getting used to wielding shells instead of swords but it was much the same. For some reason he felt more comfortable as this otter-creature than he had as a pony, but perhaps part of that was the connection to the water and his ability to walk on two legs still.

He noticed the blue lion from before, Squall, and headed over. "Would you care to test your abilities?" He recalled their brief conversation over Cambot about them.

Normally, Squall might have been surprised to find himself approached by something vaguely like a talking otter. But that was before he'd been pulled from the war of the gods into a place that had a habit of doing strange things, and he recognized Kaldur's voice from earlier. As long as he didn't think too hard about the fact that they were both oddly shaped it was tolerable.

"If you're offering."

At least this time the Satellite decided to mess with their forms, it left Ammy as a quadruped. Granted, this wasn't a wolf anymore, although she did still get the sense of canine. It also felt like some of her powers were back...although strangely enough, she still couldn't bring up her canvas.

She made her way to the Recreation Deck to see what was going on here, since it seemed like there was quite the gathering going on. She spotted another large quadruped soon enough, although it appeared to be a black lion. A bit of sniffing told her that it was Squall. She approached him, curious.

Squall didn't bat an eye at Ammy approaching. True, she was taller than he was at the moment, but so had been half the things he could remember fighting back at home, and he'd never really minded dogs even if he did like lions better.

So he simply offered a polite nod. He knew there were people on the ship that either could or didn't want to speak and he certainly wasn't going to mind a moment of silence.

To be honest, Shepard really had no idea what to think of SOL anymore.

At first it seemed like a ridiculous but mostly safe place to relax, even if it were nothing more than something her mind made up in her dreams. Sure, things were definitely weird and evil doppelgangers aside, nothing really stood out that could be considered worrisome or especially uncomfortable. Maybe the ponies, but then she really didn't think hard on that.

With this, though....She really didn't know what to think of this. It was one thing to walk around being incorporeal or having the option to mess around with time travel. (She still had no idea what exactly her mind was trying to tell her with that, if this was after all nothing but a dream.)

However, waking up to finding yourself nothing more than a small, weird looking, green dinosaur. That was the line, if there had to be. It felt kind of demeaning, especially now that she was so tiny and had such stubby limbs. Just how exactly was she supposed to get anything from down here, anyway?

Not wanting to simply stay in her quarters until changed back, she stomped her way across the halls of SOL, hoping that maybe there'd be some answer to the recent change. A few small stones and garbage that were lying around actually managed to have some use, throwing them at the elevator buttons so she could get around without having to climb the stairs. After seeing a few equally odd creatures make their way to the nature deck, she let her stubby legs stomp their way in pursuit.

Hopefully someone had an idea what was going on.

Kotetsu really didn't mind his new form. A little too much on the small side for his liking, but it wasn't bad. He had quickly learned, however, that water was now a very scary thing, for some reason. He chalked it up to his new feline-esque form.

He noticed others making their way someplace, so he started to follow, curious.

"Hey, you know what's going on?"

Spike had found himself wandering up to the Recreation Deck, and when he arrived, it quickly became clear that he wasn't the only one. Sheesh, it seemed like he'd finally gotten used to humans, and now everyone was these weird Pokémon things? At least it meant a lot more variety.

Around him were his fellow residents, jumping about and testing their new abilities... It kind of got Spike's heart racing. It was almost like this new body came with new instincts, leaving the ordinarily peaceful little dragon wanting to do some battling of his own. Well, first he should figure out what he could do, right?

And so... Whoosh! A massive jet of green fire arced up into the air, marking Spike's location to any who wished to seek him out. His eyes widened in amazement -- that was a lot more fire than he could usually breathe in one go! This week's event might not be half bad.

Terra had wandered in and was instantly drawn to the fire that shot up out of nowhere. He was getting used to his new form but he had a feeling it wouldn't be much different from his usual abilities. Still, the fire was pretty impressive and it was easy enough to find the source.

"Wow that was pretty awesome. I guess there really are all kinds of these pokemon creatures." Terra appraised the other lizard-like creature, crossing his arms, "You interested in trying that out in battle?"

After making his open post, Harvey'd remained in the Recreation Deck. It was one of the few places big enough to test out his new wings. Luckily, he'd had a little time to practice before other people started showing up; he got past his ungainly flapping stage all on his own. By the time the green fire shot into the air, he was gliding circles around the room.

Wheeling around, he came to hover above the purple Charmeleon. "Geez, kid," he commented, sounding more amused than anything. "Save some for fightin'."

Open! ...Anyone up for trying 2-on-2?

Riku walked into the deck with a big smirk on his face. While he didn't know how he'd do in something like this, like Sora he couldn't resist trying this out. It felt a little like old times back home the islands... Minus the strange creatures, the special powers... Well, the sparring-with-friends part was the same.

This form did remind him of his past in one aspect, however. As such, he pulled out a blindfold (from where?) and donned it. He smiled with pride. Like this he could still sense others through their sura.

Sparring was fun, of course. Sparring when they had new abilities all of a sudden might prove interesting. Roxas just wasn't sure who he wanted to spar with.

Right at that moment, though, he was looking for Riku because he was still mildly irked about the week before. Collective dream or mass hallucination or whatever it was, Riku had been very annoying and Roxas hadn't forgotten that. Nor had he forgotten that he'd demanded a serious talk when the week was over. The fact that they were suddenly bizarrely cute battling monsters wasn't going to deter him, though he did wonder how exactly to open such a discussion...

(Hopefully we'll get another 2 in here! XD; )

The moment Riku caught sight of the little eevee he averted his eyes a moment. This was the first time he'd seen Roxas in person since the week prior with all of its... Eccentricities. The spike on his chest rose with a deep breath and sank with a sigh, at which point he looked back at the fluffy creature. His expression even, he gave Roxas a nod.

And he waited for Roxas to lay into him not with some special attack, but with words.

[A small doll like creature] wandered into the recreation deck. Hope was feeling paradoxically stronger and weaker, because, while the creature he had turned into felt as though it had potential for being powerful, he also felt tiny and fragile, the creature's power wasn't in its physical strength.

While Hope was making his way to the recreation deck, a disarmingly adorable little kitten was quietly sneaking up on him from behind. Not that Wilykit planned on actually pouncing on him or anything, but she just couldn't resist having a little bit of fun. Besides, she wanted to try out her new abilities, and she and Hope were similar enough in size that they probably weren't going to end up accidentally killing each other or anything.

After learning she could shapeshift, Xion had been hanging around in Eevee form a lot, but thought it might be good to see what others could do, and see more shapes to try on. Since everyone was headed to the recreation deck, she went there as well.

Staying to the sidelines, she noticed hope enter and approached still looking like an Eevee. Once she'd gotten a good look at him she shifted to match his shape.
