Crow was pretty excited here...he finally got to fly around the SOL on his own, like a real crow! And now that he and everyone else had turned into weird battle monsters, or 'Pokemon' as Harvey had said, there was sure to be a whole bunch of fun fights that he could watch! ...And perhaps, participate in, if he was feeling up to it. He could definitely kick Servo’s butt in these kinds of battles, anyway.

So, he had staked himself out in the rafters near the top of the recreation deck, holding a small prop microphone in his claws. If there was one thing he excelled at, it was hilarious commentary!

“Allllllrighty, let’s see who’s gonna come out on top on this week’s colorful battle monster tournament of PAIN!”

"How do you know? Have you tried any of them yet?" Sora asked. He'd only tried one move so far, and he didn't think he could do anything like breathe fire or ice, but that didn't mean they both couldn't do cool stuff if they tried. Being small and fuzzy didn't stop you from kicking butt...he'd learned as much from meeting Stitch.

"No."

But to be honest, he hadn't wanted to. But that was because he thought he had been saddled with a form that was nothing special.

"Well, let's try them out now!" Sora said, and crouched down into a ready position. Maybe part of it was still him wanting to fight Isa in a more friendly kind of way than the way they would eventually in Isa's future, but most of it was just curiosity and an eagerness for competition.

"You... you wanna fight?"

Isa was honestly surprised by the turn of events.

"Yeah! Just for fun!" Sora figured that they'd know well enough to not actually permanently hurt each other. It was just like a sparring match, only with new abilities.

"All right, then." Isa also went into a ready position, he wasn't sure what he could do, but he may as well try.

"Okay! We'll see what we can do!"

Sora pulled back and readied himself to fight. He first tried the only move that he'd tried before...dashing back and forth extremely quickly. His moves were so quick, it almost looked like there were two or three of him at once.

Isa tried to keep his eye on where Sora was, but at the speed Sora was going made it impossible to figure out where he was in the chaos. Isa closed his eyes and threw a punch at Sora, as much as a bear can punch, and to Isa's surprise, he managed to hit Sora.

Sora tumbled back to the ground, shaking out his head. He'd thought that moving that quick would make him harder to hit, but apparently Isa still got a solid punch in on him. Once he was able to stand back up, he decided he'd try a more physical attack of his own.

His paws weren't much for punching, though...so he went all-out and charged straight at Isa with his head down, headbutting him in the stomach.

Isa stumbled backwards as the wind was knocked out of him. He tried to shake it off and readied himself for another attack. He slashed at Sora with his claws, then did it again, and again, and again. It was like he couldn't actually control how many times he was attacking Sora.

It definitely seemed like he hit home that time, but Isa was back pretty quickly for a counterattack. Sora tried to avoid the claws, but as he was still backing up from headbutting him, he caught the brunt of those really fast swipes.

Sora backed up again, determined to really hit hard now. He charged forward as fast as he could to strike. This time, instead of just using his head, he threw his full body into the attack. Small as it was, it would probably still make quite the impact.

And it managed to knock Isa off his feet, he staggered as he stood back up. Maybe it was because they were both on the small side, but that hurt a lot more than it should have, given Sora's size.

Isa slashed at Sora again, though this time it was a deep, focused slash, unlike the quick, rapid fire ones he had previously used.

Doing that strong move definitely had an effect on Isa. However, just executing that attack seemed to drain him of more energy than he expected. He was panting for breath and feeling a bit dizzy when Isa came at him with another strong slash.

This time, Sora didn't think he could stand up to the very focused slash. It knocked him upside the head, and he fell over, too tired to get back up and retaliate. He'd have to save that strong body-slamming move for a time when he still had a lot of energy left, and when he knew his opponent was almost finished off.

Sora shook out his head. "I think I'm done for now!"

"I think so too, I'm not much of a fighter anyway." Even if he had pretty much won the fight. He tried to stretch out his arm (front leg?) muscles, even if the animal was made for fighting, he wasn't, and it had taken a lot energy out of him.
