Xion tried to reach out to keep him from standing, but didn't reach in time. By the time he collapsed, she'd barely stood, but she quickly dismissed her Keyblade and hurried over to him.
Using the time it took to check his pulse and breathing to calm herself, she took stock of the situation. It looked like he was just unconscious--or sleeping, but there wasn't a lot of difference between the two--which was better than one thing she'd feared might happen. She still had to get him back quickly, but hopefully once they were back on the satellite whatever kept them able to exist separately without any negative effects would kick in and he'd wake up again.
Putting one of his arms around her shoulder, and on of hers around his waist, she began to slowly half-carry, half-drag him back to the satellite. They hadn't been seen thus far, and if they were lucky that wouldn't change, but she cast Aeroga just in case in case someone saw them and tried to attack.
The return trip took longer than their earlier run--not unexpected, since she was walking and had to support Sora. At least their luck held, and they managed to get to the time machine without any trouble. Getting in--especially doing so without accidentally jostling him too much--took some effort, but she managed to do so and set the controls for them to return to the SoL.
Once back, she managed to get him to his room and into bed, silently thankful that Gypsy had repaired the elevators. Exhausted herself, she flopped into the desk chair to wait for him to wake.

[Gotcha.]
