Namine hadn't expected an immediate response, given her knowledge of the fact that he'd been sent home. After he returned, she was pleased and flattered to get a response to her picture so quickly. It looked like he enjoyed these conversations as much as he did.
The picture made her smile, but it turned into a sad smile as she read the note. Of course he wouldn't remember what they'd been talking about if, to him, he'd been gone for months. At least he was offering the possibility of another topic. It looked like he'd had to watch over a sleeping Sora yet again--this time, without whatever help she could offer.
The friendly-looking creatures proved to be fun to draw. She depicted them and Riku with his Keyblade drawn standing guard in front of Sora, who was fast asleep. As an afterthought, she drew a question mark on this picture, too--she might not have interpreted his correctly. As a reply to his note, she wrote "It's okay," on a post-it of her own and stuck it on the picture.
She managed to deliver it the next morning after she awoke--a little later than usual, since she'd stayed up later than she'd intended.
