Usually, Namine smiled to see a picture of Riku waiting for her. This time, she sighed with relief to see it come sliding under her door. Having found evidence that someone had been in her room while she was away, she'd been worried that it might have been stolen. That issue settled, she placed the picture on her desk as she finished straightening up the clutter her "visitor" had left.
That done, she began work on two pictures. One was a direct response to what Riku had sent, and showed him and the black-coated youth fighting while Sora slept on in the background.
The second picture was to let him know of the new development. First, she drew a line down the center of her paper, then another line dividing the left half into two. In the top left panel, she drew herself smiling in her room while everything was in order. In the bottom left, she was in her room again, but it was in disarray and she looked confused. In the right-hand panel she drew Riku in his room, but added a question mark.
She delivered it the next morning on her way to the Theatrical Deck.
