Unfortunately, Riku hadn't gotten all of what Namine had been trying to say. Fortunately, he'd stumbled across away to help her finally get her message across. She'd heard about what happened to Harvey, but knew she couldn't have been hearing him, since he'd been killed after she'd been petrified.
One last picture of her in the hallway. Again, she looked confused and a little worried. This time, though, there was a cutaway to show the basilisk in the wall, a word bubble coming out of it's mouth. Instead of words, though, she drew a series of squiggly lines to show that she hadn't been able to understand anything said.
The other picture he'd sent made her smile. In response, she drew a picture of Riku all healed. Then she drew her beside him, holding a first-aid kit and looking...well, happy with herself would probably be the best way to describe her expression.
The smile was still on her face when she slid the pictures under his door. It was an odd way to talk, since, if they wanted to, they could use Cambot or meet face-to-face at any time. Even so, she liked it.
New log for new week, or wait a day or so?
