The appearance of the board games had sparked Namine's interest. She'd never played them before--hadn't had much time to play at all--and they looked like fun. There were even some cards! Luxord had shown her how to use those.

The only problem was that she needed someone else to play with her. Only she didn't know who to ask, and weren't games supposed to be more fun with a lot of people? So she'd decided to set up on the theatrical deck and use Cambot to ask as many people as possible.

Now to wait until someone came.

Riku gave them a small nod before gathering up the box and instructions and bringing them to the table. As he set up the board, he began to explain the game. After setting aside the rider and jockey piece for himself, as he said he'd do, he stepped away a moment to pick up Life and set it back on the pile.

Namine smiled at MakubeX. "Thank you. Maybe we could play more sometime?"

Then she turned her attention to Riku's explanation. After he finished and everything was set up, she chose the little Scotty dog for her piece.

"Certainly," MakubeX replied, "I'd like that."

MakubeX considered the remaining pieces and settled on the race car.

"Would you mind if I took up banker duties?" he asked.

"Go for it," Riku replied. "You sound more experienced with this anyway." Though he was confident he'd make a perfectly fine banker, he figured things would go a little faster if MakubeX did it.

Namine nodded her agreement with Riku. Not being good with math, and never having worked with this kind of money before, she wasn't sure how good she'd be at the job. There was another question to be settled, though. "Who goes first?"

"Only one way to decide that." He picked up a die and rolled. "Highest roll goes first."
