Through Frisbees and the Flames
Character(s): Lea and Isa (Others can come in, but ask us first.)
Content: Lea finds Frisbees and much with the shenanigans ensues.
Setting: Recreation Deck
Time of Day: Afternoon
Warnings: Just Lea if that’s enough warning for ya
Lea was wondering around the recreational deck. Just checking out the usual stuff and exploring around. Might as well with a place like this right? Perhaps he can practice on his basketball or struggle bat skills. Lea opened up one of the closets to try and look for a ball or something, when he saw something catch his eye. His eyes widen and then he gave a big grin. “Heeeey, lookie well what they got here~”
Picking up two dark red Frisbees, Lea twirled them in his hands. Posing like he usually would back home. He jumped up and let one fly around the room then caught it. He gave out a laugh, “Alright! Now we’re talkin’! And here I thought they wouldn’t have these things ‘round here.”

"And here I thought I would finally be rid of those stupid frisbees," Isa deadpanned, ignoring Lea's... antics with the toys. Maybe if Lea had the intention to play with them normally, like most kids, he wouldn't be acting so annoyed. But he knew what Lea would use them for, and Isa wasn't really in the mood.

Already Lea was starting to get different ideas, like sparing matches and other dangerous things to get himself involved into. He gave a chuckle as he continued brag onto Isa, “And in no time, I can have another spar match with someone, this time, I’m gonna win for sure!”
no subject
"Maybe if you were fighting with the ponies." Though given what some of the ponies could do, Isa figured that Lea still couldn't win.
no subject
“Hey hey, don’t try and throw pony thing at me, Icy,” Lea pointed with his Frisbee at Isa, “You played with them first. With what’s her name, Pinkie Cake?”
no subject
He gave a wave as he approached them...hopefully he wasn't intruding on anything too serious or private. "Hey, what's going on?"
no subject
"Lea's just being an idiot again, Sora, just ignore him."
no subject
Lea rolled his eyes at Isa as he continued to talk to Sora, “More like don’t listen to this guy, he’s being a Captain Jealous.”
no subject
And it sounded like Lea was getting on Isa's nerves with that nickname Pinkie Pie had given him. A small smirk crossed his face. "I kinda get the feeling that you're both right."

Lea just gave a laugh, “He’s with both of us, that’s for sure! And come on Isa, you know Frisbees are excellent for fighting, the guy won’t know what will hit ‘em with one of these. Ooo! That reminds me. Hey! Sora, wanna fight~? Bet I can beat ya!” He states confident that he can take on this kid, as he continued to twirl the Frisbees.
no subject
Really? Lea wanted to challenge him to a fight? If he could beat the Organization in a fight, he was pretty certain he could beat a younger, inexperienced version of their moves, even without the Keyblade. "Oh, I think if anyone's gonna be beat here, it's you!" Sora responded.
With that, he headed around to the sides of the deck, until he located a practice sword stacked alongside several other pieces of equipment. It was no Keyblade, but it would do for now.

Isa walked over to a wall and leaned against it, waiting for the... likely, rather short, fight to start.

“Watch this!” Lea cried as he immediately charged out and leaped at Sora. Bringing down his Frisbee to try and hit Sora in the front, then twirled around in an attempt to hit him again. Hoping to catch him off guard with the first hit.

And after having dealt with Xaldin's six spears or Luxord's multiple cards, he was more than ready for Lea's frisbees. He blocked the first strike, had enough time to reach up and block the second strike, and then brought his sword back around to catch him in the side. He didn't swing with his full strength, however.

Lea rubbed the back of his neck, as he goes to reach for his Frisbees, “But hey, I’m willing to call it a draw if you are!”
no subject
Yeah, Sora didn't mind a little bit of praise at his skills. "Hey, who said I was a rookie?" Sora said with a smirk, slinging the wooden sword over his shoulder.
"A draw? What, you don't think you can handle a little bit more?" he teased. He was just getting into it, after all!

Then a roll of eyes at Isa, “Oi, like you can do better Isa. I betcha if anything you couldn’t lay a smack down on someone, even if ya wanted ta.”
no subject
Sora glanced over to Isa with a little bit of interest. Lea hadn't been that hard, but he definitely remembered fighting Saix...and he had been one of the most vicious opponents he'd ever faced. If Isa did fight, would he end up seeing some of that here, too?

Annnd oho, oh you can’t escape this one Isa. Lea gave a big smirk, and immediately directed his attention to silly ol’ Icy, “Why wouldn’t you is the better question. Unless, you’re a complete chicken, of course.”
no subject
Sora was about to tell Isa that a sparring match would just be for fun, but then Lea had to go and goad him on. Come to think of it, that would probably do the trick with Isa better than anything. All Lea needed was to start making chicken clucking sounds at him.

Sora didn't egg Isa on in this particular case...just gripped his wooden sword a bit more and waited to see what he'd do.

"Come on, Isa, it's just a bit of a sparring match," he said. "Just for the fun of it! I don't think it'll take long."
no subject
Still, it looked like Isa wasn't getting out of a spar with Sora.
"Fine."
no subject
Lea waved his hand as walked away so he can watch the spar fight, “Ok you two, play nice~ Don’t you go trippin up on each other’s feet now!”
no subject
But they were going to fight now, so Sora would see how it turned out. "All right!" Sora said, and readied the sword again. Would Isa be using moves that Saix did?
no subject
He got into something that resembled a fighting stance, though it was unpolished. And, curiously, he was holding the bat backhanded, not unlike how Saix would hold his weapon.
"Let's just get this over with."
no subject
At least he's not going to be throwing multiples of that bat at me... He thought.
With a nod, Sora launched himself at Isa, swinging the toy sword around to catch him over the shoulder.

"Oh, come on! You can do better than that."
