Rockin' Around The Charlie Brown Christmas Tree [OPEN]

[Since the Weapons Deck is totally empty, Mike and the Bots have taken it upon themselves to transform it for a rockin’ good Christmas Party! The Charlie Brown Tree has been safely set aside too; all decorated up. There’s a table with punch, food and way too many desserts for any group of people to handle, a bunch of Christmas decorations thanks to Rarity and her decorating crew, and even Christmas music that’s only slightly annoying!

Characters are free to come in and grab food, mingle, play games, exchange gifts or stories...whatever they want! Obviously, treat this thread as party-style.


There’s one more special note...there’s a couple bowls of punch sitting next to a big pan of Green Bean Casserole of Tranquility. Unfortunately, Crow accidentally mixed in some leftover Waters of Forgetfulness to make the punch. That water, combined with the spicy punch flavoring, has created an unusual concoction. If your characters drink some of this punch, they won’t notice anything wrong...at least yet!]

"Roxaaaaas~"

Dressed in the dress she got for Christmas (http://i44.tinypic.com/vhb9zn.png), Minako's Roxas radar immediately picked him out. Within seconds, she was next to him, her winningest smile planted on her face.

"Um, hi." If he were being totally honest, and he planned to when he spoke to someone about this, he would say that sing-song when Minako said his name scared him. He hid it well, though. It did occur to him that maybe she was just very out going and upbeat and that seemed a good explanation for her behavior. He was not aware just yet that she had developed an instant crush on him through his first appearance on the network. It was probably better for his sanity at the moment...

Still, he didn't want to be rude, so he tried to make some small talk, "Are you having fun so far?"

"I sure am!" She nodded happily. He was talking to her! "I hope you are too? Christmas parties almost always are! It's the perfect time of the year to have one!"

And the perfect time for a winter romance~ she thought dreamily.

"Yeeah, I guess I'm having fun." Roxas was rather thankful he wasn't drinking anything when she commented on Christmas time being the perfect time of year for a Christmas party, other wise he might have ended up choking said drink. It sounded like the kind of redundant thing Sora might say if he wasn't thinking, which was a little too often.

In either case, her behavior did strike him as a little odd. Then again, for all he knew, it was normal for girl on her world. So he didn't comment on it.

"Yeah...hey!" She smiled. "Want to get something to drink? I'm kind of thirsty...or I could get it for you!"

Well that was... a nice offer. Odd, but nice. However, he really didn't need anything.

"Uh, I'm good, thanks." And wondering about her sanity, but it seemed a wee bit rude to say that.
