Rockin' Around The Charlie Brown Christmas Tree [OPEN]

Characters: Anyone and everyone!
Content: Get your Christmas Party on!
Location: The Weapons Deck
Time of day: Evening of Christmas Day, after people have gotten presents
Warnings: None...for now...

[Since the Weapons Deck is totally empty, Mike and the Bots have taken it upon themselves to transform it for a rockin’ good Christmas Party! The Charlie Brown Tree has been safely set aside too; all decorated up. There’s a table with punch, food and way too many desserts for any group of people to handle, a bunch of Christmas decorations thanks to Rarity and her decorating crew, and even Christmas music that’s only slightly annoying!

Characters are free to come in and grab food, mingle, play games, exchange gifts or stories...whatever they want! Obviously, treat this thread as party-style.

There’s one more special note...there’s a couple bowls of punch sitting next to a big pan of Green Bean Casserole of Tranquility. Unfortunately, Crow accidentally mixed in some leftover Waters of Forgetfulness to make the punch. That water, combined with the spicy punch flavoring, has created an unusual concoction. If your characters drink some of this punch, they won’t notice anything wrong...at least yet!]

"Didn't want to set the whole place off again." She replied, completely unphased.

"Fair enough."

Falco shrugged, tearing at the wrapping paper and popping the box open cautiously, as if the box actually would explode.

Liz just smiled, waiting for him to see the box for the model Arwing kit inside. She hadn't really played all that much Starfox as a kid; she certainly didn't remember Falco if she played it at all, so how she knew to get an Arwing specifically or even actually acquiring it was dumb luck on her part.

She shrugged as the box finally opened fully. "I just thought that since you said you were a pilot and all..."

Falco stared into the box for a full ten seconds. Was he seriously looking at what he thought he was looking at?

he looked back up at Liz with the most bewildered look in the history of forever on his face, completely blanking on how one should react in this sort of situation.

So he went for blurting out the first thing that popped into his head instead.

"This is my ship! This is- Where'd you get this!?"

Liz just grinned all the wider at the look on his face. Looks like she made just the right choice.

"A lady never tells."

"Oh man, if Slippy saw this he'd lose his mind." Falco couldn't help but grin like an idiot as he took the pieces out of the box and looked them over.

"Not gonna lie, this is pretty amazing! I guess I should say 'thanks', huh."

"That's usually the proper response, yes."

"Thanks." Falco set the box on the table and crossed his arms, still trying to look like a badass despite how completely blown away he was. "Y'know, I kinda feel like a jerk. I didn't even think to get anyone anything. Ain't exactly like we got this holiday back home or nothin', y'know. I'll have to make it up to ya."
