LASERRRRRS - [Open]

Sora just couldn't resist something like this...it was like some of the games they used to play on the Islands when he was younger, but with real lasers. And since they didn't hurt anyone and didn't have actual ammo or anything, they could use them as much as they wanted! How could anyone go wrong with something like that?

So as soon as he'd heard this stuff was available, he ran down to the Weapons Deck and picked up a gun and a set of armor for himself. It looked like he had the green kind. He was currently spending his time prowling around the Recreation Deck, occasionally ducking behind exercise equipment, looking for anyone on the opposite team that he could potentially hit...even if he wasn't the most stealthy person around.

"Ngh, I think so, just--ow..." Liz hissed with pain as she staggered carefully to her feet, still rubbing the spot on her head.

"Yeah, that's gonna leave a bump tomorrow..."

Sora winced a bit...that could really put a damper on your fun. He rubbed at the back of his head. "Yikes. How'd that happen?"

Harvey approached Liz, one hand extended to help her up as he peered at the spot she was rubbing. "Maybe you oughta get some ice on it."

"I dunno, I must have flinched or something. It's more cramped down there than I thought."

Yessss, just as planned. Liz continued her facade just long enough for Harvey to get close to her, helping her up. She smirked as he leaned up to examine her head, whipping out the gun again and firing a few shots at Harvey point blank.

"Gotcha!" and she whirled away from Harvey, running toward the other corridor. He was so going to kill her for that.

Sora bought all of Liz's act as she crawled out from under the table, right up until she started firing on Harvey. He jumped back for some cover as she started back towards the corridor.

"Wha--HEY!" Okay, that just wasn't fair. She took advantage of their goodwill! When she took off, he ran after her, determined to give some payback.

"That's cheating!"

"Hey!" Harvey raised his hands in a futile defensive instinct as Liz's lasers hit him square in this chest, watching her dart off with a mix of surprise and admiration. Why, that little - !

"You're payin' for that, kid!" He ran after her as well, firing off a few shots at her back for emphasis. But he had a grin on his face; he was hardly one to object to a little dirty fightin'.

Liz felt a little bad hitting low - she mostly just wanted to mess with Harvey, she hadn't meant to make Sora mad. But either way she totally expected retaliation. She even allowed them to shoot a few times at her exposed back as she ran before turning around. It was better than getting hit on either side while she was trapped.

Part of it was Sora still being caught up in the game, but he was still a bit steamed at getting tricked like that. He missed a bit of Harvey smiling at Liz's ruse, and just focused on getting in more hits on her. Luckily, she did seem to hang back for a moment, allowing Sora to score a few more hits.
