LASERRRRRS - [Open]
Characters: Sora, and OPEN FOR ANYONE PLAYING LASERTAG
Content: One of many lasertag skirmishes, to be sure
Location: The Recreation Deck
Time of Day: Afternoon
Warnings: None thusfar
[Any characters on red team are free to either get a successful shot at him, or be shot back...and green team members can come and team up if they like! Also, treat this thread as party-style...if you want to tags others besides Sora here, go for it.]
Sora just couldn't resist something like this...it was like some of the games they used to play on the Islands when he was younger, but with real lasers. And since they didn't hurt anyone and didn't have actual ammo or anything, they could use them as much as they wanted! How could anyone go wrong with something like that?
So as soon as he'd heard this stuff was available, he ran down to the Weapons Deck and picked up a gun and a set of armor for himself. It looked like he had the green kind. He was currently spending his time prowling around the Recreation Deck, occasionally ducking behind exercise equipment, looking for anyone on the opposite team that he could potentially hit...even if he wasn't the most stealthy person around.

And while he wasn't exactly a master of stealth himself, he had enough experience to know that Sora was doin' it wrong.
He peered out from behind a row of lockers. "Psst! Kid! Over here!"
no subject
He checked to make sure the path was clear before ducking over to where the other man was. "Find anyone from the red team, yet?"
no subject
Yes, this was serious business indeed.
no subject
"Besides Sora, who else from our team is down here? Have you seen anyone else?"

"Well, they're good, I'll give them that much whoever they are."

He was making his way along one of the walls when Kotetsu spoke out...and of course, Sora just had to fall for it. "Huh?" He turned in the direction of the voice.
no subject
"Quick! Over here before they see you!"
no subject
"Who all's down here?" he asked, keeping his voice low.

no subject
"No..." He glanced back around the lockers. "But maybe we can keep each others' back covered!"
no subject
"Sounds like a plan! Maybe we outta find some place to stake out."

Hiding inside one of the ball crates might have been a teeny bit claustrophobic, but it was worth it (so long as nobody tried to actually open it up or got hit by the avalanche of balls she had hastily stuffed into one of the closets to make room, that is).

...Aaaaand the sound effect her gun gave off when she used it was probably not helping her stay hidden. Kit bit her lip to stifle an "Oh, crud!" and quickly ducked back under the safety of her crate's lid, desperately hoping that neither Sora nor Kotetsu were able to find her now.
no subject
"Aw, dammit! Who did that!?"

While Kotetsu tried to hide behind the locker, there was another figure sneaking up on him from another blind spot, taking a quick shot at him and ducking back into hiding.

After about twenty seconds had passed and nobody had taken the opportunity to shoot the fish--er, cat--in the barrel, Wilykit slowly lifted the lid about an inch or so and peeked back out at the battlefield.
Honestly, she was starting to get the feeling she hadn't thought her cunning plan all the way through. Aside from being cramped, it was stifling in there with the lid shut, and playing the waiting game was quickly getting boring. Hmm, maybe she should switch hiding spots soon, while the other Green Team members were distracted... Just after one more snipe...

"Hi, Kotetsu!" she chirped, firing her red laser at him a few times. "Bye, Kotetsu!" Ambush complete, she ducked back into the locker and slammed the door shut behind her.
no subject
Oh, that just wouldn't do. Game face on, Kotetsu raised his weapon and slid to the other side of the locker door. He reached out and tapped on it twice.
"Yo, Pinkie!"

"How did you do that."
